One more made using another app of ours, which combines Textastic (PoundText) features with Memelicious to form MemePound. This one includes a way to add timestamp, as can be seen below. It also allows meme background and text color changeable with an extensive set of colors.

Finger touch can be enabled within the app for the Textastic (PoundText) section.
